Extra jams and marmalades

Vis jams and marmalades are special because they are produced with abundant fruit, but reduced added sugar. The fruit used comes from the best Italian and European farms and is carefully selected and controlled. To guarantee the quality of the jams it has also been decided to use only whole fruit and not pulps or mashes. Jam production is carried out in small lots and at a low temperature, to allow the perfect preservation of the organoleptic properties (aroma, colour and shape) typical of each type of fruit. Vis jams and marmalades are now available in six different ranges, each produced to satisfy the particular needs of customers, to whom Vis has always paid the greatest attention. The flavours are also subject to a continuous evolution: new and rather special tastes like elder, lingonberries and the latest ACE (highlighting vitamins A, C and E) have been added to the original blueberry, blackberry and strawberry, rosehip and orange. Vis Jams are distributed in modern and refined jars, making the product pleasing to the eye as well as the palate.
