| The idea of introducing to the Vis range
products that are not only fruit-based originates from
the desire to rediscover the age-old flavours
of Valtellina. The first step in this direction
has been the launching of a seasoning
product called “pesteda”, from the tradition of Grosio
(a typical Valtellina village). It is produced according
to an artisan method, using a mixture of herbs
and spices from the Valtellina mountains. |
