This is a typical Valtellina cake, combining all the flavours of a simple and genuine cuisine. The recipe is more than 200 years old and “bisciola” is still produced today in an artisan way, using natural ingredients to create a soft but very rich and substantial loaf. A warm fireplace, cold and snowy winters are the perfect setting to enjoy this old-fashioned delight.
