Sweet with cherry
for 6 people
Ingredients:
- 200g pastry
- 400g natural (white) yoghurt
- 12g fish glue
- 200g cream
- 70g icing sugar
- 200g Cherry VIS Jam
- 3 spoons of orange spirit
- Fresh cherries to decorate
Preparation:
Spread the pastry (thickness about 5mm) into a previously buttered and floured caketin. Using a fork make many little holes. Bake in preheated oven to 190° for 12 minutes, then cook it for other 4 minutes heating only from below.
Mix the sugar with the yoghurt . Dissolve the fish glue (previously soak in cold water and well squeezed) in the orange spirt, then add 5/6 spoons of yoghurt. Mix all this ingredients and then add them to the remaining yoghurt. Whip the cream and add it to the yoghurt. Pour the mixture over the pastry in the caketin. Level and put the cake in the fridge for about 30 minutes. In the meantime dissolve the fish glue in a spoon of warm jam, then add it in the remaining jam. Spread the jam over the yoghurt and put the cake in the fridge for 2/3 hours.
Before serving, decorate the charlotte with some fresh cherry.
