Pavesini with azelnut cream, coconut flour and lycium barbarum
for 6 people
- azelnut cream (Vis) or nutella
- mascarpone cheese (optional)
- milk (or coffee)
- lycium barbarum
- coconut flour
Spread the azelnut cream over the middle of pavesini (if you want you can spread the mascarpone cheese over the other half). Put some little lyceum barbarum over the azelnut cream, then join together the two half of pavesini.
Soak the two united pavesini in the cold milk (or in the cold coffee), don’t exaggerated in order to avoid that the pavesini becomes too soft. Et voilé the tasty pavesini are ready!
