Fan of flaky pastry
for 6 people
Ingredients:
- 250g flaky pastry
- Sugar
- Vis Acacia honey
Preparation:
Roll out the flaky pastry using the rolling pin (thickness 2-3mm). Sprinkle both the side of the pastry with the sugar, then roll up the two shorter extremities toward the center.
Slice the roll in strips (thickness 1 cm), sprinkle their sides with the sugar and arrange them on a baking pan previously covered with baking paper.
Store in fridge for 30 minutes and then cook them in a pre-heated oven to 220 C° for about 5 minutes per side. Take out of the oven and spread the upper side of the fans with some drop of Vis acacia honey (you can warm the honey to make operation easier), then put them in the oven until they become well golden.
You can tasty this sweets both warm and cold, may be with a cup o tea.
