The taste of the ancient preserves
The Mostarda is still prepared today using the artisan method of Lombard tradition. The fruit, carefully selected, is dipped in a sugar syrup aromatized with mustard and, after being candied for a fortnight, is bottled along with its syrup. This product is an ideal accompaniment for boiled or roast meats, game and cheeses.
Candied fruit, sugar, glucose syrup, aroma: mustard, antioxidant: SULFUR DIOXIDE.
