The semolina is an ingrendiet undervalue in kitchen, but it is realy very useful to prepare different recipes both salty or sweet. In this recipe it is used, with our wild berries jam, to prepare a very simply dessert.


Ingredients for 6 pudding:

- 500 ml milk

- 130g semolina

- 70g sugar

- 1 spoon of butter

- a pinch of salt

- 2 eggs

- Wild berries Vis jam


In a bowl boil the milk with the sugar, then pour the semoline and mix. Cook for about 5 minutes, then add a spoon of butter and a pinch of salt. Remove from the fire let it cold. Add one egg at a time, and continue to mix.

When the mixture is totally cold start to form the pudding. Take the one mould and form one layer of pudding, then make a layer of jam (previously pass it in the colander). Continue to make these layer until you fill al mould. Cook in a pre-heated ovent to 180°C for about 35 minutes. When the surface is gold take out of the oven. Leaving them cool and remove to the mould.

In the meantimes prepare the wild berries sauce adding to the jam some drops of warm water.

Take out the pudding from the mould and serve them with the sauce and some leaves of mint.
