The perfect idea for a tasty snack!

Ingredients

Ingredients for 12 little donuts:

- 1 organic egg

- 4 spoons of flour

- 45g corn oil

- 2 spoons of brown sugar

- 1/2 glass of milk

- 1/2 sachet of yeast

- 2 spoons of lingonberries "Natura & Tradizione" jam

- one spoon of chocolate drops

For the icing:

- icing sugar and water

 

Preparation

In a bowl mix the egg with the sugar until you obtain a smoth mixture. Add the flour, the yeast, the milk and continuing to mix add the oil, chocolate drops and jam. Pour the mixture into the stamps previously oiled. Cook in a pre-heated oven to 180°C for about 20 minutes. Let them cold.

In the meantimes prepare the icing: mix the icing sugar with some drops of water and mix enerically unitl you have a smoth mixture. Using a fork pour some icing over the little donuts. Have a good snack.
