What do you think to prepare a tart with peach jam as a snack for your children that were involved all day at school?

Ingredients
Ingredients for the shortcrust pastry:
- 300g flour
- 150g sugar
- 130g butter
- 2 eggs
- rind of one lemon or one vanilla packet
For the suffing:
- 1 jar of peaches Vis jam
Preparation
Prepare the shortcrust pastry, when it is ready store in fridge for about 1 hour. Then spread it over a previously floured working surface. Butter and flour a cake-tin and dispose into it the dough. Spread over the surface the jam.
With the rest of the dough make the strips and put them over the cake. Cook in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 35/40 minutes.
