These cookies are perfect closed into a box gift to put under the Christmas tree.


- 1 puff pastry roll

- 1 jar of Pineapple and Golden Kiwi Vis jam

- Almond shavings



Coat the jam on the puff pastry, then roll it using the greaseproof paper already present in the package to avoid touch too the browse. Close the puff pastry roll in aluminium foil and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove it from the paper and cut it into slices high approximately 1 cm with a sharp knife. Arrange the slices on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle grated almonds and bake about twenty minutes in the oven at 170° C
