What shall you do in order to find again your wellness and recover the energy to face a long winter?

Holidays aren’t the ideal season to keep in fit, in fact, you usually change your life style and your alimentary uses . In this season you eat a lot of fried food (fry of fish, chips, cutlets, pumpkin flowers, stuffed olives) many times in a week . The summer is the ideal season to organize barbecues: the food cooked in this way is excellent to keep in fit but it becomes very caloric and very detrimental to health if you eat it with different sauces. Also the snacks, the ice-creams and chips eaten during the day contribute to fatten. Finally the alcoholic drinks, although all people know that are dangerous, are very consummated during the summer, in particular the beer and the fresh wine.

 

For all these reasons many people have put on weight after the holiday. What shall you do in order to find again your wellness and recover the energy to face a long winter? It’s very easy: eat only genuine foods, avoid the elaborated and rich in fat dishes, the sweets and the alcohol, finally reduce the portion of food eaten. With these advice in 1 month you can return in fit. Don’t forget to make sport, it’s no necessary to go to fitness center; you can go for a walk or simply prefer the stairs to the lift.
