The crumble is a sweet very simply to realize; the preparation is the same of the tart but it is not necessary to work well the dough.

Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 125g butter
- 125g sugar
- 1 egg
- Peach Vis jam
- 250g mascarpone
- icing sugar
Preparation
Prepare a pastry mixing the flour, the sugar, the butter cut in little cubes and the yolk. Work the ingredients very fastly without compacting. Pour the half of dough into a cake-tin and compact slightly the crumbles. Pour over them a layer of mascarpone and one of jam. Take the rest of crumbles and dispose them over the jam.
Cook in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 40 minutes. Let it cool and sprinkle ti with icing sugar.
