Here you can find a very simply, fresh and healthy recipe: the frozen yogurt with fresh fruit and apricot jam.

Ingredients


Ingredients for 4 people:

- 1 jar of light white yogurt

- 2 peaches

- 2 kiwis

- 2 spoons of "Più Frutta Light" apricot jam

- 2 leaves of mint

For garnish:

- flakes of almonds

- fresh fruit

 

Preparation


Pour the peaches and the kiwis, previously cut in pieces, in the blender, then add the yogurt and leaves of mind. Shake all until you obatin a smooth dough. Transfer all into a rectangular container and add the jam. Mix well and store in fridge for about 3 hours.

Take out of the fridge and keep at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Mix with a spoon until you obtain a velvety consistence. Guarnish with fresh fruit and almonds before serve.
