This is the challenge that Vis threw over 30 years ago, when, in a little company in the heart of the Alps, the Visini brothers started producing marmalades and high quality jams. Since then things have not changed: Vis selects every day the most precious raw materials and works them wisely in order to transform them into tasty and genuine products.

"Più Frutta Benessere", the innovative product line, where the protagonist is the superfood. It has been thought by Vis for the consumers more exigent and careful about their physical wellness. After the big successof goji and acai jam, Vis proposes 3 new recipes with particular flavours: bergamot, peach & passion fruit, pineapple and yellow kiwi.

The first jam produced in Italy with goji berries has won the "Innovation Competition" promoted by TuttoFood 2015 on the occasion of this international fair for the most innovative product indroduced in the market .

“Natura Golosa”, “Poesie di Frutta” and “Natura & Tradizione” are the new naming of the 3 lines of extra jam. Vis has changed also the grafical layout, the same for all jars; in this way Vis jams are more easily recognizable by the consumers.

Vis enlarges its assortment with the sweet spicy sauces: figs, clementines, pears and quinces are perfect to accompany meats and cheeses or simply on a slice of bread.

Giorgio Visini becomes the new CEO of Vis. Born in class 1973, graduated in Law and with a Master Business Administration at Bocconi University, Giorgio succeeds his father Guido ( founder of the company).

On 19 September 2007 Vis opens its online shop (www.shopvis.eu), that is dedicated to all people who want to discover all the products of Vis assortment or simply love to do shopping from home.

Vis makes a big enlargement of its assortment proposing two new lines of jam that are born to satisfy particular needs of the consumers: “Natura & Tradizione” (the top of Vis jam with 75% of fruit), and “Più Frutta Light” (a range of low calory jams).

During 2004 Vis has made a new enlargement in the production and storage area; this has allowed to reached the capability of 28.000 jars produced in a day.

During 1990s the quality of Vis jams has conquered the Italian market, entering for the first time some supermarket chains in of Northern of Italy. This was the moment of the second twist: in order to satisfy the increasing demand, it was necessary, in 1994, a frist enlargement of structure and plants.

Back in 1982 the Visini brothers, owners of a fruit farm in the heart of the Italian Alps, had an abundant crop of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. They hit on the idea of extending their traditional activity of selling fresh fruit to making jams and preserves out of their genuine produce. The Visini brothers had one thing on their mind: that the fruit content into the jars had to be higher than sugar one, obviously, without compromising the perfect conservation of the product.
