It's not a simply chocolate muffin, it hides a surprise!
- 200g wholewheat flour
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100g brown sugar
- 8g baking powder
- 2 tablespoons light raspberry jam Vis
- 250g fresh milk at room temperature
- 60g seeds oil
- 70g aronia berries
- 50g grated dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 190 °.
Put in a bowl all dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, aronia berries and chocolate. Mix. In a second bowl mix the liquid ingredients: milk, oil and jam. Stir.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix everything with a spoon. Cover with paper cups a multiple muffins mold cups and fill it with the dough.
Bake muffins for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before serving!
