It is too easier said than done: prepare your nostrils because when you will open this jar the flavour of the spicy cheese will be intense and delicious!


- 1 tomino cheese

- 2 cinnamon sticks

- 12 grains of black pepper

- 4 juniper berries

- 2 cloves

- 8 coriander seeds

- 1 pinch of fennel seeds

- extra virgin olive oil

- flower Vis honey to serve

- 1 small jar of 125 ml (hermetic seal)



Wash the jar and sterilize it in boiling water, in the oven at 110 °C for 10 minutes or in the microwave for 5 minutes at maximum power.

Put 1 cinnamon stick, 10 pepper grains, 2 juniper berries, cloves, coriander and fennel seeds on the bottom of the jar.

Lay the tomino over the spices and cover it with the remaining ones.

Finish the preparation pouring the oil flush completely covering the cheese and spices. Close the jar and place it in a cool and dry place, protected from light for 1 day.

Check the oil level and, if necessary, add a little in order to get the cheese always covered. Wait at least 5 days before taste it.
