These whole biscuits with honey is very easy to prepare and they are perfect for a healthy breakfast


- 1 egg

- 80ml honey

- 70g brown sugar

- 80ml seeds oil

- extract of vanilla

- 200g whole flour

- 100g flour type 00

- 10g yeast



In a bowl whip the egg with the sugar and the vanilla, then add the honey and the seeds oil, mix well all ingredients. Now pour the two floursand mixed with yeast and knead the dough until you obtain a soft and homegeneous ball. Wrap it into a food-film and store in fridge for about 1 hour.


After this time take the shortcrust pastry and form different little balls (weight of everyone about 18-20g). Pass the superior side of every little ball into the sugar and dispose them over a baking tray  previously covered with a baking paper (the side with sugar turned upwards). Make a little pressure over the biscuits in order to flatten ligthly everyone. Cook the biscuits in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 20 minutes. Let them cold and serve.
