A healthy dish to prepare in these sunny summer days.
Ingredients
- 100g pearl barley
- 150g natural tuna
- 20g salt pistachios
- 1/2 big Tropea onion
- Pesteta "Vis"
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 100g giardiniera in olive oil
Preparation
Wash the barley and then cook it in salt water. In the meantime prepare all ingredients: mince the pistachios, cut the onion and drain the tuna.
Season the barley with the ingredients and store it in fridge until all flavours are properly mixed.
