Here another recipe of Halloween perfect both for adults and children.


- 4 eggs

- 120g sugar

- 120g flour

- 1/2 sachet of yeast

- a pinch of salt

- sour cherry "Più Frutta Light" jam

- icing sugar




In a bowl whip the albumen with a pinch of salt. In another bowl whip the yolks with the sugar, then add delicately the albumens. Finally add the flour and yeast.

Pour the mixture over a baking tin previously covered with a baking paper.
 Level well the sponge cake (thickness about 1 cm). Cook in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 10 minutes.

Let it cold and the spread some sour-cherry jam over the surface. Roll the sponge cake. For garnish: take a sac-a-poche filled of bitter chocolate and draw some lines over the surface, finally the sprinkle all with icing sugar.
