Ginger has reached our palates thanks to Japanese food and it’s increasingly used for both salty and sweety recipes. It’s recommended to enrich flavours and perfumes of jams, creams, candied and fresh fruits, baked desserts, liquors, beers and ice-cream.

 

Ginger is appreciated for its bizarre flavour: it looks like lemon with a little spicy character, but if it is consumed in correct dosages and with the correct ways, it will be really delicious besides a cure-all.

The propertys which are owned by this root, are very interesting and make ginger an excellent natural cure to:

  • Calm the nausea and promote the digestion: for this purpose we suggest you to chew some little pieces of ginger after meals or sip a ginger herbal tea;
  • Hold off blood sugar and cholesterol: if this spice is consumed in powder form, it will be able to reduce blood sugar and harmful fats in the blood;
  • Support the immune system: include every day some ginger in our feed means also helping our body to fend from possible seasonal influences;
