These biscuits are very light, easy to prepare and all over the all very tasty. They are the perfect gift to put under the Christmas tree.
- 100g of almonds and nuts not peel
- 100g lour
- 100g egg whites
- 80g sugar
- 20g mixuture of flower essence honey
- 1 vanilla pod
In a bowl whip the sugar with the egg whites for about 15-20 minutes. Add gradually the flour and continue to mix.
Add the seeds of vanilla and the honey, then continue to mix for another 5 minutes. Finally add the almonds and the nuts. Butter a cake-tin for plumcake and cover it with a baking paper, and then pour into it the mixture. Cook in a pre-heated oven to 30-35 minutes.
Let it cool and then cut in thin slices. Put the biscuits in oven (temperature 170°C) for about 20 minutes and turn after half of cooking time.
