Ingredients


Ingredients for 15-20 little tarts:

- 175g flour type 00

- 5g yeast

- 60g sugar

- 35g olive oil

- 1 organic egg

- 1 spoon of cinnamon

- 2 capsules of cardamom

- 1 pinch of salt

- goji extra jam

 

Preparation


In a boul mix the flour with the yeast and the salt, then add the eggs, the olive oil, the sugar, the cinnamon and the seeds of cardamom. Knead all ingredients in order to obtain a smooth and homogeneous ball. Spread the knead with a rolling pin (thickness 0.5cm). Cut 15- 20 biscuits using a stencil (diameter 5cm), with the remained pastry cut 15 -20 stripes (lenght 15cm and breadth 1cm). Wrap the base of biscuits with the strips. Cook them in a pre-heated oven to 180°C for about 15 minutes, then take out the biscuits of the oven and stuff everyone with a spoon of Goji jam. Finally put the biscuits in the oven for other 5 minutes.

Let them cool and serve!
