- 140g ricotta cheese

-  4 tablespoons milk

- 1 pinch of salt

-  90g flour

-  35g rice flour

-  5g vanilla baking powder

-  20 walnuts



Sift in a bowl flours and yeast. In a second bowl, pour ricotta cheese. Add the pinch of salt and milk: stir well to soften. Pour ricotta in the flours bowl and mix with a whisk. Move on the pastry board and knead all with your hands: you’ll get a soft and malleable dough.

Roll out the dough with the rolling pin and cut out 15 or 20 sweet pizza snacks using a cookie cutter. Turn the oven to 200 ° C. Season your small pizzas with a teaspoon of chestnuts jam, complete with a nut and bake for 12-14 minutes.
