A genuine, easy and fast to prepare afternoon snack, perfect to taste in summer with your children.


- 2 jars of natural white yogurt,

- wild berries in syrup Vis




Pour the yogurt into two bowls and beat it well with a fork to make it soft and homogeneous. Add in the first some tablespoons of wild berries (I put 3, but you can also increase it according to your taste) and mix well to.


Divide the mixture between 3 popsicles molds, insert the wooden stick and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours (or more if you use big molds). Take other 3 popsicles molds and fill them with a spoon of yogurt. Pour now a teaspoon of wild berries, then a little more yogurt and more berries, continuing until the end of the molds. Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.


Remove your frozen yogurt popsicles from the mold and enjoy a healthy, genuine and refreshing snack!
