A soft shortcrust pastry encloses a delicious filling of chestnut cream...These biscuits are perfect for sweeten every moment of the day.


Ingredients for the short bread pastry:

- 300g flour

- 150g sugar

- 130g butter

- 2 eggs

- vanilla aroma

For stuffing:

- 1 jar of "Natura Golosa" chestnut cream

For garnish:

- icing sugar



Prepare the shortcrust pastry. When you have obtained a soft ball wrap it into a food-film a store it in fridge for about 30 minutes or for all night.

After this time, spread the shortcrust pastry over a working table previously floured and, using a biscuit cutter, cut different disks.

Put a spoon of chestnut cream in the middle of every disk, then close them  in order to form a half-moon. Put the biscuits over a baking cases a cook them in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 20 minutes.

Let them cold and sprinkle them with icing sugar before serve.
