These biscuits are perfect for the tea time in these first winter afternoons.


Ingredients for 12 jam little tarts:

- 10g Antiqua flour type 1

- a pinch of salt

- 55g butter

- rose-hip extra quality "Natura & Tradizione" jam

- 1 or 2 spoon of cold water




Put in a robot of kitchen the flour, the salt and the butter previously cut in squares. Work the ingredients until  you obtain a lot of crumbs, then add one or two spoons of water. Store in fridge for about 30 minutes. Spread the dough in order to obtain a thickness of 5 mm, then cover 12 little cake tins with the pastry. With the rest of the pastry cut 12 stars using the appropriate cookie cutter. Put in the middle of every tart a little spoon of jam a star.

Cook in a pre-heated oven to 180°C for about 15 minutes.
