Reduce the salt to improve your health
Many studies have showed that an excessive consumption of salt is dangerous for the health, in fact, the studious have discovered that it can cause renal diseases and osteoporosis.
The salt, fundamental element for the alimentation, is principally composted of sodium chloride (NaCl). The recommended quantity of salt doesn’t exceed 6g at day but, unfortunately in Italy we consume about 10g a head.
Only 1/3 of the salt that we ingest comes from the addition during the cooking, the remaining part is contain in the foods, in particular, only 10% is naturally contains in the aliments while the 90% is added during the artisan and industrial transformation process .
Many studies have showed that an excessive consumption of salt is dangerous for the health, in fact, the studious have discovered that the populations that use little quantity of salt have low blood-pressure and don’t suffer of hypertension. An excessive use of the salt can also cause: renal diseases and osteoporosis.
For all these reasons and to increase your wellness it is important to choose fresh and natural foods and avoid to add salt when you cooking. Eat without adding salt is very healthy for your body and aid you to discover the really flavor of the food; if you want to discover new ways to exhale the flavor of some foods you can prove the spices and aromatic herbs.
