What do you think about a fragrant snack, very fast and easy to prepare?


For the shortbread:

- 125g biologic flour

- 40g barley flour

- 40g integral flour

- 25g oats flour

- 220g spelt flour

- 60g cane sugar

- 125g butter

- 1 egg

- vanilla

- 8g baking powder

- a pinch of salt

To stuff

- Più Frutta Goji jam


Sift the flours with the yeast. Then incorporate in the middle the sugar, the butter, the egg, the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Work it to obtain an homogeneous dough. If it is necessary add also some drops milk at the dough. Let the dough rest in the cling film in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough in a puff of 2-3mm of thickness. Cut the biscuits with the rectangular stencil. Take the half of the biscuits and practice a hole with a heart or star shape  in the centre of the biscuit. Put the biscuits spaced on the baking tin and cook them in preheated oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes. Before serving stuff them with the delicious Goji berries jam and strew with the icing sugar.
