Pour over a working table the flour and make a well in the center. Put in the middle of the well two yolks and one egg, then mix them with a fork. Add the sugar, the yeast, the salt and mix these ingredients with the flour. Add the cold butter, previously cut in pieces, and then knead all with your fingers.  Form a ball and wrap it in a food-film. Store in fridge for about 30 minutes.

Take out the dough of fridge and spread it with a rolling pin (thickness about 0.5cm), then cut some disks using a glass (diameter  8/9cm). Remember to keep some dough to decore the baskets. Take the paper cups and cover with the disks.

Take a part of the rest of short pastry and form two strips and twisted them toghter. Use the strips twisted to decore the basket. Now use the rest of the dough to form some little Easter eggs. To colore them remember to add some drop our colour to the dough.

Put the baskets and the little eggs over a baking tray, previously covered with baking paper, and cook them in a pre-heated oven to 170°C the baskets for about 30/35 minutes and only 15 minutes the eggs.

Let it cool, then remove the basket from the paper cups. Fill every basket with a tea-spoon of jam and decorate with the little Easter eggs.
