Here you can find another tasty recipe to prepare for the Halloween night.


- 1 roll of ready-made puff pastry

- wildberries "Natura & Tradizione" jam

- 1 yolk

- Icing sugar


Spread the puff pastry over a working table previusly floured and divede it in 8 squares (if you decide to make littler pumpkins you can divede the pastry in 12 squares). Take the half of the squares and cut the eyes and the mouth typical of the halloween pumpkin.

Take the rest of squares and spread over them a spoon of wild berries jam. Join one stuffed square with one incised. Cut the sides of every biscuit in order to give it a pumpkin form. Close well the sides of the two biscuits and put them over a baking tin previously covered with baking paper. Brush the surface with a whipped yolk and cook the biscuits in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 25 minutes.

Let them cold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
