The sbriciolata with jam and apples is the queen of the winter tables. It is a sweet very rich in flovours and all over the all it is very easy to prepare.

- 150g sugar

- 2 eggs

- 100ml seeds oil

- the rind of one grated lemon

- 1/2 packet of yeast

- 1 jar of "Natura Golosa" quince jam

- 2 apples

- 2 spoons of brown sugar

- 20g butter

- icing sugar q.b.

In the kitchen robot mix the flour with sugar, eggs, oil, the rind of one lemon and 1/2 packet of yeast. Mix all until you obtain a soft ball, then wrap it into a food-film and store it in fridge for about 1 hour.

After this time take out the dough from the fridge and divede it in two parts: one larger ball and and a a smaller one. Spread the larger one over a working table and then transfer it into a cake-tin previously buttered and floured. Cut the eccesive dough.

Fill with one layer of jam and apples (previously cut in little cubes and mixed with 2 spoons of sugar and cubes of butter). Cover the surface with the rest of the dough cut in big crumbes.

Cook in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 40 minutes.

Let it cold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
