An ideal sneak for kids

Different factors have to be considered for the choice of the sneak: the physical activity, the age and the taste of the children.

The “sneak-moment” is always very appreciated by kids and mothers because it’s a pleasant break between many day’s engagements. Its aim is the interruption of the empty between the two principal meals and for this reason it has to be not very caloric. Don’t choose the chips, although they are preferred by the children, because they are very rich in oil.

 

Choose healthy and genuine foods without forgetting the alimentary preference of the kids. For example, if they prefer salted foods to sweet ones, you can propose bread, bun or a little toast. The yogurt garnished with fruit or cereals is a good solution, in fact, it’s rich in calcium and in proteins. Other ideal sneaks are a slice of bread with jam, a piece of homemade cake or one fruit that is very rich in vitamins and has few calories.

 

If you choose the industrial cakes, pay attention to their ingredients in order to control the kind of fat used for their production, the caloric values and the quantity of additives used. The choice of the sneak depends on the physical activity of the kids. If they spend a lot of time watching TV, painting or playing in their room, they don’t need to eat the same sneak of very lively children who run all day long.

 

Finally, pay attention to the use of your family: for example if you have dinner late in the evening the kids’ sneak has to be more nourishing and the dinner lighter; in this way your children can go to bed short after the meal without digestion diseases.
