Soft WHEAT flour type "1", sultana raisins, figs, WALNUTS, BUTTER, sugar, water, natural yeast 4% (WHEAT flour type "0", water), EGG yolk, honey, emulsifying agent: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourings.

Store in a cool place and away from direct light, after opening consume in a few days.
