These Biscuits with Philadelphia are very easy to prepare, the ingredients are the same of the classical biscuits, but with a lower quantity of butter because it is replaced from a low-fat cheese.

Ingredients
- 300g flour type 1
- 60g butter
- 140g philadelphia
- 130g icing sugar
- 1 yolk
- 1 pinch of bicarbonate
- "Natura Golosa" quince jam
Preparation
In a bowl create a cream with the butter, the icing sugar and tghe yolk. Add the Philadelphia and mix all, then pour the bicarbonate and knead all until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Form different little ball (large ad a nut) and dispose them over a baking tray previously covered with a baking paper. Make a little hole in every ball and fill them with the jam. Cook the biscuits in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 20 minutes.
