These biscuits filled with figs jam are perfect with a cup of tee.

Ingredients


Ingredients for the shortcrust pastry:

- 300g flour

- 150g sugar

- 130g butter

- 2 eggs

- the rind of one lemon or one packet of vanilla

 

For stuffing:

- Figs "Natura Golosa" jam

 

For garnish:

- icing sugar q.b.

 

Preparation


For the first prepare the shortcrust pastry. Let it store and then spread it over a previously flour working table. Using a square cookies mould with cut the biscuits. Put over the first square a spoon of fig jam, and cover with another square. Close the biscuit and make a little pressure over 2 sides. Make this procedure for all squares.

Dispone them over a baking tray previously cover with a baking sheet. Cook them i a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 15/20 minutes.

Let them cool and sprinkle them with icing sugar.
