Easter is coming and it's time tofind some recipes for this occasion? For example today we prepare this special little tarts!

Ingredients
For the shortcrust pastry:
- 300g flour
- 150g sugar
- 130g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla
- rind of one lemon q.b.
For filling:
- 1 jar of peach jam
- amarettiq.b.
For garnish:
- icing sugar q.b.
Preparation
For the first prepare the shortcrust pastry and store it in fridge for 30 minutes. After this time spread the dough over a working table, then use the pastry to cover the moulds for little tarts previously buttered and floured.
Fill every littlle tarts with crumpled amaretti and a spoon of peach jam, then cover with the rest of the shortcrust pastry. Dispose the little tarts over a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 20 minutes.
Let them cold and sprinkle them with icing sugar before serve.
