These brownies with blackberries jam are an alternative to the classical ones with chocolate. They are very tasty, simply and fast to prepare.


- 75g bitter chocolate

- 50g butter

- 10g bitter cocoa

- 100g sugar

- 1 egg

- 50g flour tyoe 00

- aroma of vanilla

- blackberries "Natura Golosa" jam


Melt the butter and the bitter chocolate in bain-marie. In a bowl pour the cocoa, the sugar and the melted chocolate, Mix all with a whisk. Add the egg, the vanilla and finally the flour. Work all and pour the mixture into a cake-tin previously cover with a baking sheet.

Put some spoons of jam over the surface of the cake. Mix  the jam with the knead of the cake using a toothpick to form the classical marbled effect. Cook in a pre-heated oven to 180° for 35/40 minutes.

Let it cool and cut the cake in squares.
