This donut is a simply and genuine sweet, it doesn't contain butter, but the dough is very soft thanks to the oil and the yogurt.
- 3 eggs
- 270g flour
- 150g sugar
- 1 yogurt
- 1 glass of soya oil
- 1 packet of yeast
- 150g raspberries Vis jam
In a bowl put the egg and the sugar and mix them with eletric whisk. Continue to mix and add the oil, the yogurt, the flour and the yeast. Puor the dough into a cake-tin previously buttered and floured. Put some spoon of jam over surface of the sweet for all circumference.
Cook in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
