If you want a light sweet with a rustic flavour you have to prove this special tart.

Ingredients


Ingredients for the shortcrust pastry:

- 150g whole flour

- 150g flour type 00

- 100g brown sugar

- 5g yeast

- a pinch of salt

- 150g butter in pieces

- 1 egg

- 1 yolk

- 1 tea-spoon of vanilla

- the greted rind of one lemon

For stuffing:

- "Natura Golosa" strawberries extra jam 

 

Preparation


In a bowl mix the whole flour with the flour 00, the brown sugar, a pinch of salt and the yeast.  Add the butter (previously cut in pieces) and  knead the ingredients until you obtain a crumbled dough, then add the egg, the yolk, the vanilla  and the rind of lemon, Mix all until obtain a homogeneous dough, wrap it into a food-film and store in fridge for about 1 hour.

Take out the dough from the fridge and spread 3/4 of it over a previously floured working table. Spread it with a rolling pin and then dispose it into a cake-tin previously floured and buttered (diameter 24cm).

Add the jam and use the rest of the dough for form the strips necessary to garnish the tart.

Cook it in a pre-heated oven to 180° for about 35-40 minutes. Let it cold and serve.
