The tart with jam of strawberries is a healthy and nourishing dessert, composed by a hull of short pastry and greedy extra stuffing. The particularity of this delicious cake is the lightness, to be easy to be realized, gives further a soft and crisp consistence at the same time, rich of taste and perfumes.


- 300g flour

- 150g butter

- 2 little egg yolks

- 100g sugar

- a pinch of salt

- a vanilla berry

- Ace "Natura & Tradizione"

- Nutella

- Saccharine

- Icing sugar



Mix with a kitchen robot the flour and the butter, at room temperature, previously cut in slices, until you obtain a crumble dough. Pour all into a bowl and add the sugar, the seeds of vanilla, the yolks and a pinch of salt. Work the mixture with your hands before into the bowl, then over a working plan, until you obtain a soft dough. Form a ball, wrap it into a saran wrap and store in fridge fot about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the working table with some flour and then spread the dough using a rolling pin (thickness about 1cm). Divide the dough in two parts. With the first part  form different disks using a candy mold (diameter 10cm) and put them into a dripping pan previously covered with a baking sheet. With the second part form other disks but with a hole in the middle (using a small candy mold about 4.5cm of diameter). Put also these disks over the dripping pan. Cook all in a pre-heated oven to 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Take out of the oven and let them cool, then spread the jam over the biscuits (without the hole) . Cover everyone with the other kind of biscuit. Sprinkle all with icing sugar and serve with a cup of tea.
