It only takes a moment to prepare this cake and it is necessary only a whisk and spoon.


- 3 eggs

- 250g flour

- 130g sugar

- 100 ml seeds oil

- 80 ml milk (even vegetable)

- 8g  yeast

- 300g "Natura Golosa" elder jam

- icing sugar q.b.

- stampo 22cm



In a bowl whip the eggs with the sugar. Then add the milk and the oil, mix well to amalgamate the ingredients. Add the flour with the yeast and work the dough with a eletrical whisk until you obtain a smooth batter. Pour this mixture into a cake-tin previously buttered and floured. Add some spoons of jam and cook in a pre-heated oven to 170° (static oven) for about 50 minutes. Let it cool before sprinkle with icing sugar.
