This hardtack is made with whole flour, a little quantity of sugar and without butter, in addition it is garnish with blackberries jam and fresh fruit. The result is a healthy, light and tasty sweet.

Ingredients


For the base:

- 200g whole flour

- 40g brown sugar

- 30g olive oil

- 70g water

- una pinch of salt

For stuffing:

- 3 spoons of "Natura Golosa" blackberries extra jam 

- 2 nectarines

- 10 cherries

For garnish:

- almonds in flakes

- a tea-spoon of brown sugar

 

Preparation


Make a well in the center of the flour and add the sugar and a pinch of salt, then add the oil and start to mix with your hands. Add the water, little by little, and work the dough until you obtain a soft ball. Spread the dough over a working table previously floured and spread it using a rolling pin  in order to obtain a sheet of pasta (thickness about 3 mm). Dispose the pastry over a baking tray previously covered with a baking paper. Using a fork make different holes over the surface and the spread the jam over the hardtack (let the sides - about 1 cm - without jam). Cut the nectairne in slices and the cherries in two part and dispose all fruit over the jam.

Garnish the sides of the harktrack with brown sugar and the almond flakes.

Cook it in a pre-heated oven to 170° for about 25 minutes. Remove and serve still warm.
